White Chocolate and Fudge Tea Ring

This is a celebratory tea ring of a vanilla sweet dough filled with white chocolate and homemade vanilla fudge pieces, drizzled with white chocolate and topped with more fudge pieces.

The dough was soft with a lovely crumb and light flavour. The white chocolate and fudge are luxurious and sweet. A few improvements on the look are required. I would cut twice as many buns round the ring and twist them more, but other than that it is great.
