Sage and Onion Stuffing Parcels
For dinner I treated myself to some calzone style parcels with a christmas stuffing centre. These are made from a plain white bread dough and filled with an onion and sausage filling flavoured with sage and garlic.
The bread was a perfect soft consistency. The dough proved well and enclosed the filling perfectly The sausage, sage and onion flavour was warming and delicious and had enough strength to bring alive the otherwise plain bread. These were fantastic with a jug full of onion gravy!
