Christmas Cheese Canapés

This is my selection of puff pastry canapés. They are all made from a traditional puff pastry and there are gruyere and onion chausson, feta and sundried tomato twists, wensleydale and cranberry plaits and pesto and parmesan puffs.

The puff pastry itself produced a great flake and lightness. The fillings were cheesey and comforting. They are perfect for a christmas buffet.
