Feta and Sundried Tomato Twists

These are the second of my puff pastry canapés. These are twists filled with sundried tomato paste and feta cheese.

The filling did not allow for a good seal on the pastry, hence the imperfect twisting but the flavour combination is great and they are light, puffed and cheesey.
