Spiced Christmas Biscuits

I made some quick christmas biscuits. They are spiced with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and iced with water icing.

They are small and crunchy with a delicious christmassy spice. The icing is needed to sweeten them slightly. They are great as a little gift for others at christmas.
