Apple and Herb Scones

These are some popular festive stuffing in scone form. They are are apple, parsley and thyme scones filled with some of my leftover apple butter.

The flavour of the herbs is just strong enough to be tasted but not overpowering. The apple combines with it nicely and makes for a delicious bake.
