Gruyere and Onion Chaussons

These are some miniature chausson filled with gruyere cheese, onion and a dash of nutmeg.

They are lovely and cheesey and the onion flavour marries well. The filling leaked out a little as I didn't quite seal them enough but despite this they are fantastic.
