Peach Ice Cream

I have been using up leftovers once again. I have used some double cream and peaches to make some peach ice cream destined for an arctic roll.

The flavour of the peaches is just strong enough to come through and is wonderful with the creamy taste of the rest of the mix. It is smooth and delicious.
