White Chocolate and Strawberry Cake Balls

These are some balls of pink strawberry cake with a strawberry buttercream, and coated in white chocolate with a pink white chocolate drizzle.

The cake is absolutely delicious and full of strawberry flavour due to the addition of strawberry milkshake powder. The colour is a delicate pink and looks lovely. The combination of the white chocolate with the strawberry makes them sweet and indulgent. This is the first time I have ever coloured chocolate and I am very happy with how it turned out too. I was worried it would cause it to set poorly but actually it was great and finishes off the cake balls perfectly.
