Carrot and Coriander Rolls
These are some dinner rolls filled with grated carrot and chopped fresh coriander.
The bread itself has a perfect texture, being light soft and well baked. The carrot gives a subtle taste but slight added sweetness which is perfectly complimented by the fresh coriander. The flavour balance is just right despite my fears of being too heavy handed with the coriander. If anything it could take a little more. I wouldn't really class myself as a bread baking expert but I have to say, I am chuffed with these. And what's more, these rolls mean you can skip the soup and just stick to the carbs!
