Strawberry Jam Danishes

These are some danishes perfect for Christmas morning. They are already filled with strawberry jam, ready to eat.

I have to admit, I intended to make croissants with a jam centre, however upon starting to roll the dough up I realised it just wasn't going to work. So I ended up creating a more quirky style danish which I think looks just as good. But to be honest, I couldn't care less what they look like when eating them as they are butter, flaky and absolutely delicious!
