Poffertjes and Honey Butter

These are my version of Dutch pancakes, which are yeasted mini pancakes. I have dusted them with icing sugar and served them with honey butter.

They aren't quite as soft and fluffy as intended, mainly due to the fact I had to thicken the batter considerably as I didn't have the correct pan. They are, however, delicious and great served with a little honey sweetened butter.
