Steak and Stilton Suet Pudding



 I am never one to go for bog standard traditional baking, and to be honest I don't actually like kidney, so I switched it for some chunks of blue stilton inside this steak suet pudding.

The filling is rich and beefy, and the stilton addition is absolutely delicious. It makes it a heavenly eat. The pastry is soft and light, but I neglected to realise the importance of greasing the tin prior to lining it therefore it got a little stuck and needed some prising out. However, if you can ignore the rustic look it is perfect!
