Brown Butter and Cream Tuiles



These are some simple tuiles made with browned butter and filled with whipped cream.

The brown butter flavour is subtle but gives an extra richness to the light biscuit. The filling is creamy and delicious with the biscuit. I think they needed a little longer baking as they softened very quickly once curled, and this would add to their colour. But other than that they are great.
