Pear and Brie Cookies

This was my experiment, making some sweet cookies and filling them with chunks of brie and pear.

The cookies themselves are crisp on the edges, and soft and chewy in the centre. The flavours I'm not completely sure on. I think the brie wasn't especially strong meaning it struggles to cut through the sweetness from the sugar and the pear. The idea is a good one, but I reckon shopping in a superior supermarket would have helped it be totally successful in reality. I'm not saying they taste horrible, they are just more like pear cookies than pear and brie!
