Coriander Seed Jumbles

This is my take on this week's Great British Bake Off technical challenge. They are some knotted biscuit with a slight flavouring of crushed coriander seeds and vanilla, sprinkled with granulated sugar.

The biscuits are crisp and crunchy with a lovely subtle spice from the coriander. They aren't shaped in the manner that Paul Hollywood stipulated but I think my knots look better!
