Garlic, Halloumi and Coriander Naan



Once again it is time for baking bread. This is a traditional naan made with butter and yoghurt, flavoured with garlic, fresh coriander and filled with chunks of halloumi cheese.

This is one of the most delicious breads I think I have made. It is full of garlic flavour, but is well balanced so it isn't overpowering. It blends perfectly with the coriander. The addition of the halloumi cheese elevates it to beyond perfection. With a spicy vegetable curry it is wonderful. I have just spoilt myself rotten with my dinner!
