Frangelico Canelés
These are a batter like cake similar to the french canelé. They are flavoured with frangelico liqueur.
The batter baked to become wonderfully dark and caramelised, giving it a slight crunch with a soft custardy texture inside. They may not look like a traditional canelé as I don't own dariole moulds, but I think they are still small, delicate and a great bake.
