Asparagus, Parma Ham and Mozzarella Danishes



These are some danish pastries just right for a spring time picnic. They are plain danish pastry dough topped with sundried tomato paste and a bundle of asparagus and mozzarella in parma ham.

The pastry itself is light, crisp and flaky with wonderful layers. The sundried tomato brings out the flavour of the asparagus well, and the saltiness of the parma ham is delicious with the other toppings. They are fantastic.
