Aloo Gobi Paratha
This is an impromptu recipe creation inspired by a cooking demonstration at the Southsea food festival yesterday. It is a black onion seed flavoured naan style flatbread filled with a spiced potato and cauliflower mixture.
The bread itself is the perfect consistency with just the right amount of yeast to give a good initial rise in the bulk fermentation process but limiting the growth when frying. The use of the yoghurt and slight amount of butter gives it a slight richness. The filling makes it soft and gives it a lovely texture, and is flavoured perfectly. It is delicious so I better write up the recipe quick!
