Sundried Tomato and Chorizo Chelsea Buns
These are some savoury chelsea buns filled with sundried tomato paste, garlic, parsley, red onion and chorizo pieces.
The dough is soft and light and the filling lightly spiced from the chorizo and perfectly balanced in flavour. They were perhaps a little smaller than intended as I should have rolled out the dough longer but narrower due to the small quantity I was making. This would have meant they would have been easier to bake through without the potential of overbaking. Nonetheless they are great!
