Garlic and Thyme Grissini
I have ventured into the world of breadsticks. These are flavoured with garlic and thyme.
The taste of them is fantastic, although I think a little more garlic could be tolerated. The texture is not quite what I was aiming for. I was looking for a crisp grissini however this obviously would have required longer baking. Instead I have a product that is equally delicious with a chewy bread like texture. They were a perfect addition to melted camembert for dinner.
