Feta and Broccoli Quiche





I have baked something perfect to arrive home from lectures to. This is a quiche of shortcrust pastry filled with broccoli and feta cheese.

The pastry is a perfectly short, crisp and well browned case. The filling flavours are fantastic and are in just the right proportions. For some reason it is slightly anaemic looking and wouldn't brown in the oven no matter what I tried. But other than that I think this was a baking success.
