Ginger Star Biscuits

These are some biscuits perfect for topping cupcakes. They are made with light brown sugar and subtly flavoured with ground ginger.

The biscuits are well shaped, light and crisp. The ginger flavour is just right to cut through the sweetness from the brown sugar but not overpower it. They are fantastic and very fit for purpose.
