Orange Pannacotta and Whisky Jelly

This is a dessert perfect for Burn's night. It is a whisky and orange jelly topped with an orange pannacotta and orange segments.

The effect of the slanted jelly and pannacotta worked wonderfully to create a very stylish looking dessert. The whisky flavour is strong with a delicate hint of orange in the jelly. The pannacotta could take more of this orange flavour from longer infusing but other than that the texture is just right. It is creamy and delicious.
