Cheddar Gougeres

I am making the most of my discounted premier moo vintage cheddar by making some gougeres with cheese in both the choux dough and sprinkled on top.

They baked to be light, crisp and full of air. The choux pastry is dried out well and full of cheese flavour. These are little bites of deliciousness.
