Pineapple Crumble

There is nothing better for a winter day than a crumble. This is one to transport you to a tropical island in the sunshine. It has pineapple chunks in the base mixed with sugar and is topped with a light brown sugar crumble mix with a hint of ground cloves.

The fruit is sweet and juicy, having baked perfectly so as to still have some texture to it. The crumble is crisp and crunchy with a wonderful flavour from the cloves. The two marry together perfectly and it is delicious!
