Vanilla Fudge

I have been using up leftover double cream (like normal) and have made some vanilla flavoured fudge ready for baking with next month. 

This was the best batch of fudge I have made. It was beat to precise temperatures and so the texture of it is perfect. It is deliciously sweet with a subtle vanilla hint.
