Strawberry and Maple Caramel Profiteroles




I had some choux buns left in the freezer so have made them into profiteroles filled with fresh cream, strawberry pieces and drizzled with a caramel sauce flavoured with maple syrup.

The choux is well puffed and light. The filling is creamy and delicious. The maple syrup in the sauce is wonderful. It all works together to make a sumptuously sweet dessert.
