Turkey and Vegetable Samosas
I have made an accompaniment to my dinner this evening. They are some filo pastry samosas enclosing a spiced potato, carrot, onion and turkey mix. They are sprinkled with sesame and black onion seeds.
The filling of the samosa was well spiced, with a great balance of flavour. The filo pastry baked perfectly, despite my accidental increase in oven temperature to maximum half way through! They were delicious!
