Feta, Spring Onion, Parsley and Pine Nut Welsh Cakes

I decided to make something savoury this week to give myself a break from all the sweet treats. I have made some welsh cakes with feta cheese, spring onion, chopped fresh parsley and pine nuts.

The flavour is delicious with the spring onion giving it a fresh taste. These are one of the best savoury bakes I have made. Simple but fantastic nonetheless.
