Toad in the Hole




Dinner tonight was a classic. It was a pork sausage toad in the hole.

The batter had the best rise I have yet achieved on a yorkshire pudding and the saussages were delicious and well baked. Unfortunately either there was too much liquid in my batter or I needed some more patience as it was a little custardy and undercooked. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic dinner.
