Chocolate and Honeycomb Shortbread
I used my leftover honeycomb to bake some shortbread biscuits with honeycomb pieces and chocolate chunks.
The biscuit was crisp and well baked. Once I put them in the oven I realised the result of using the honeycomb and saw it melt and caramelise further. This caused the holes in the biscuit. The flavours are delicious however, like a crunchie bar!
