White Chocolate Loaf

This is the start of my weekend's summer pudding. It is a sweet dough loaf filled with white chocolate chunks.

The dough was soft and fairly sticky so has given a lovely bread. The chunks of chocolate melted adding a lovely sweetness. They are well dispersed and will add an extra depth of flavour to the summer pudding. The side of the loaf did blister but it is great none the less.
