Almond, Cherry and Coconut Iced Nougat

I have made a second batch of iced nougat, this time flavoured with dried cherries, chopped almonds and dessicated coconut. It is sprinkled with more toasted coconut.

The nougat is again soft set with a lovely creamy texture. The flavours marry well together and the addition of coconut is a very welcome one in my household!
