Rose and Rhubarb Pavlova
This is a pavlova made of a meringue base, rosewater cream topping, rhubarb, toasted chopped pistachios and edible rose petal decoration.
The meringue itself is crisp and browned on the outside and chewy in the centre. The cream adds a lightness and beautifully subtle rose flavour that complements the rhubarb wonderfully. It looks beautiful and middle eastern. It is great!
