Coffee and Pecan Praline Swiss Roll
This is my coffee swiss roll filled with a coffee and pecan praline crème au berre. It is drizzled with a caramel sauce and topped with pecan brittle.
The coffee flavour of the cake and cream is strong. The pecan is subtle in the filling and will be better once eaten cold. The caramel drizzle adds a lovely sweetness to cut through the coffee. The pecans on top are a little bitter but add a great crunch. It is delicious!
