Salted Chocolate Fudge Cakes

I whipped up some little chocolate cakes after a day at work. They feature a light and soft brownie-like sponge filled and topped with a chocolate ganache and sea salt flakes. 

The cake is light, well risen and slightly squidgy on the inside. It isn't too rich but has a lovely chocolate flavour. The top went a little crisp like a brownie does however a smooth and shiny chocolate ganache sorted that out. The salt brings out the chocolate flavour wonderfully.
