Blackcurrant Cream Horns

This is my first attempt at a puff pastry cream horn. It is filled with blackcurrants and lemon cream, dusted with icing sugar.

The pastry horn itself was an experiment using foil rather than having horn moulds. Surprisingly it did work so now I can try it properly!
