Tomato, Mozzarella and Oregano Puff Pastry Tart

This is a puff pastry tart topped with mozzarella, tomato slices, oregano, more mozzarella and fresh oregano pieces.

The pastry flaked well and was buttery and light. The topping was cheesy and delicious. The oregano went with the flavours perfectly and the tomato added a fresh flavour. It was a lovely dinner.
