Chocolate Chip and Cherry Blondies

I have been baking for my work colleagues. These are some white chocolate blondies made caramelised with light soft brown sugar and lightened with vanilla. They are filled with plain chocolate chips and fresh cherries.

The blondie is perfectly baked so it is just set but still slightly gooey in the centre. The flavours are rich and delicious. They are great.
