Rose Frangipane Buns



These are some sweet dough buns filled with a rose water frangipane and shaped as a rose. The dough is flavoured with a little cinnamon to complement the floral fragrance and glazed with raspberry jam.

The bread itself is well risen, having proved overnight in the fridge. It is baked to be soft and light with a slightly chewy crust. The rose is perfectly balanced inside and it is all delicious.
