Miniature Lemon Drizzle Cake

This is a miniature lemon cake made as a birthday cake. It has a lemon drizzle and is topped with candied lemon slices.

The sponge is light and soft. It has a lovely flavour. The slightly odd shape is due to my poor lining of my miniature tin but, other than that, I am very happy with it.
