Plum, Cherry and Port Lattice Pies





I whipped up some miniature fruit pies. They are lattice topped and filled with a plum, cherry and port fruit filling lightened with a spoon of crème fraiche. They are sprinkled with sugar.

The pies are small and cute. The lattice worked after a couple of different methods and, although the filling bubbled out a little, they look great. I am very happy with the flavour and the outcome.
