Cranberry and Amaretti Cheesecake

This is my creamy no bake cheesecake. It features a biscuit base of crushed homemade amaretti biscuits. It is topped with an amaretti cream cheese topping dotted with dried cranberries and sprinkled with dried cranberries, amaretti biscuit pieces and amaretti crumbs.

The base is crisp, although softened a little from the topping being added. I did manage to do one of those clumsy things of dropping it so, after a bit of patching up it all came together.
