Summer Pudding

This is a summer pudding featuring homemade sweet white chocolate bread and filled with mixed fruits. 

The pudding held well and was very sturdy.  The flavour of the fruits was fresh and went beautifully with the lightly sweetened white chocolate bread. The liquid didn't soak in completely but despite this it was great. Not bad for a first attempt!
