White Chocolate and Saffron Crescent Rolls

These are some crescent buns filled with a white chocolate and saffron ganache.

The dough is perfectly light and enriched. It was soft and rose beautifully. The ganache was absorbed into the dough a little, and the rest leaked out however the saffron flavour was there and went perfectly with the white chocolate. They were lovely however next time I would just put in a piece of saffron infused white chocolate.
