Sumer Fruit and Cream Cheese Tart

To use up some excess pastry I made a shortcrust tart spread with cream cheese, lemon zest and topped with summer fruits.

The pastry is very short and crisp and the sweetness of the fruit delicious. It is a nice, quick, rustic looking bake.
