Strawberry, Orange and Cream Cheese Cake

This is a summery orange and ground almond cake with pieces of strawberry and blobs of cream cheese. It is sprinkled with pistachio pieces.

The sponge is light and moist due to the ground almonds, orange juice and crème fraiche added to the batter. The flavours are delicious and sweet. It looks fabulous and tastes great!
