Brie and Asparagus Tart
This is a shortcrust pastry tart with an egg and crĆØme fraiche base topped with asparagus spears and slices of brie.
The pastry is very crisp and almost biscuit like, perhaps needing a little more margarine. The asparagus and brie marry together perfectly with the crĆØme fraiche lightening the taste. It is lovely.
